Student Registration

Registering a student at Summit Elementary School for grades K to 7

It is required of parents and/or guardians to fill out the school registration form which is listed below.  

Student Enrollment Form (PDF)  This form can be filled in digitally or if printed must be printed on a legal size paper. If you have trouble with either method please contact our school, at 250-372-1224.

Please call the school ahead of time to drop off the registration form along with the required info to our school secretary, Mrs Passmore.  Remember we need a copy of an original birth certificate, BC Services Card and proof of residence, as well as any legal documentation concerning custody (if applicable).

The school must have a copy of the student's birth certificate, BC care card and proof of your residential address at the time of registration! Please see the registration form for examples of proof of residence.

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

To be eligible for attendance in kindergarten in September 2023, a student must be five years of age by December 31, 2023 or born in 2018. Please bring your child’s original birth certificate, BC Services Card, proof of address and any legal documentation concerning custody (if applicable) with you when registering. For more information visit the Register for School page on the District website.
